Phase 2 of GWEN started with a workshop in Santa Marta, Colombia, April 24th-28th, 2018. The workshop was hosted by Fernando Jaramillo and the Department of Physical Geography, Stockholm University. Over 30 participants from around the world gathered during the week, to discuss potential collaboration topics, network and visit the vast Cienega Grande de Santa Marta (CGSM) wetland!
Three joint, multi-author papers, as well as a wetlandscape database, have been published, as outcomes of the Second Phase of GWEN.
